WHY STRONG?
STRONG Pilates founders Michael Ramsey and Mark Armstrong sit among the elite in Australia’s fitness industry as early adopters of F45. The duo would go on to own six of the highest performing F45 studio’s in Australia amongst other businesses in the fitness space.
Since selling out of F45, Ramsey and Armstrong focused on staying one step ahead remaining in the fitness industry looking to a long term, sustainable, safe, no impact model which led them to founding the STRONG Pilates concept.
Launching in October 2019, Strong Pilates is now steadily climbing towards 30 territories sold & reserved across both Australia & New Zealand.
